With the progress of the times, the winding machine industry has evolved from manual winding machines to circular winding machines, automatic winding machines, and fully active winding machines. Due to the integration of electrical control, mechanical transmission, photoelectric detection and many other technologies, the difficulty of setting up and debugging has greatly increased. Many customers do not know how to start after purchasing a winding machine, so it is recommended that customers understand the equipment function and winding process before purchasing. Below, automatic winding machine manufacturers will explain the operation method of fully active winding machines to everyone:
1、 Installation method: Move the machine to the designated production cable, position it, install air pressure, adjust it to 4.5kg/cm2, plug in 220V single-phase electricity, and install ground wire;
2、 Method before startup: Check whether each component is loose or displaced, and adjust, calibrate, and lock it; Check whether the wire joints of each part are fastened, and complete the above from the beginning;
3、 Turn on the air switch and use a multimeter to confirm that the voltage of 220V is correct; Turn on the power knob switch. At this moment, enter the working range of the human-machine interface;
4、 Human computer screen content: Find the origin position of the left and right motor forks, turn the knob to the step position, press the tool in the upper right corner of the human computer screen, and the manual position will be displayed:
Mold insertion: that is, moving the left and right parts of the mold to the center and installing them in place, with induction maintenance;
Mold out: that is, to make the left and right parts of the mold exit the gap to the outside, with maintenance;
Top: Make the mold as the center section gap, in order to obtain a gap when the rotor rotates;
Fixture: The rotor is pushed into place towards the center and actively clamped by induction;
Wire: Hook the wire during the winding process, and after hooking it in, push the wire until the hook is intact;
Promotion: The fundamental positioning of active cable pulling;
Wire clamping: the function of clamping the wire;
Pulling wire: the function of breaking the wire;
Line pressing: During the process of hooking, supplement and tighten the first hooked line to achieve the desired effect;
Line pressing return: Return the line pressing assembly to the designated point.
The above parts can be manually operated to adjust the gap and position, in order to achieve the precision of machine operation.
5、 Parameter setting: Enter parameter setting
1. Bottom hook viewpoint: the viewpoint where the flying fork stops one step before the hook line;
2. Hook up viewpoint: The correct viewpoint for the flying fork to enter the hook line;
3. Number of turns: The correct number of turns required for the rotor to be wound;
4. Flying fork wire viewpoint: After winding the wire and hooking it, the viewpoint where the final hook needs to clamp the wire;
5. Winding speed: the winding speed of the left and right flying forks;
6. Hanging point of view: the movement of the rotor to the direction of the hook line;
7. Hook line viewpoint: the viewpoint required for the rotor to reverse the hook line to the hook slot;
8. Winding viewpoint: the viewpoint of the orientation determined by the rotor winding;
9. Viewpoint of rotor wire: After winding the wire and hooking the Z-terminal, rotate the rotor to the viewpoint where the clamp wire reaches the guide slot;
10. Pressure line viewpoint: Subsidize the viewpoint that prevents the line from falling off or breaking during the first hooking;
